Your donation helps young people find their place in the world. It encourages respecting differences in society. GRIS-Montréal issues a tax receipt for each donation given. GRIS-Montréal’s list of donors is not released to any other organization.

Whether it be immediately or in future, planned giving allows us to support an important cause without affect the financial protection for your loved ones. Among the methods available to you are gifting a life insurance policy, bequests, a donation of securities, and charitable trusts. Donate your RV, your boat, your motorcycle or any other vehicle to GRIS-Montréal through Donate a Car. Take advantage of their free towing service or drop it of yourself to maximize your donation. Based on its condition and its age, your vehicle will be recycled or auctioned off.
Once your vehicle donation is complete, we send you a tax receipt within 45 days.
GRIS-Montréal is recognized as a registered Canadian charitable organization and can therefore receive bequests and individual donations for which tax receipts are issued. Donations from individuals, schools and private companies make up the largest part of the organization’s annual budget. Le ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec also gives funds to help with the organization’s operations. Several unions play a financial role in GRIS-Montréal’s mission, as well as provincial and federal Members of Parliament. Lastly, GRIS-Montréal Members also generously donate financial support to the organization through personal donations, as well as by organizing fundraising events.
